Make the Alfredo Sauce
- Once the wings are nearly done, begin preparing the Alfredo sauce. Place a pan over medium heat and add the butter, allowing it to melt completely without browning.
- Slowly whisk in the heavy whipping cream, pouring it in gradually while whisking constantly to create a smooth, unified base.
- Whisk in the salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Continue whisking and allow the sauce to come to a light boil. This step allows the flavors to fully develop and blend.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for about 3 minutes, or until it begins to thicken slightly. Stir frequently to prevent scorching along the bottom of the pan.
- Add in the shredded Parmesan cheese and mix well until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce becomes smooth, creamy, and glossy.
Coat the Wings
- Add the freshly baked chicken wings directly into the Alfredo sauce. Gently toss until each wing is well coated in the creamy sauce.
