Baked Alfredo Chicken Wings

Make the Alfredo Sauce

  1. Once the wings are nearly done, begin preparing the Alfredo sauce. Place a pan over medium heat and add the butter, allowing it to melt completely without browning.
  2. Slowly whisk in the heavy whipping cream, pouring it in gradually while whisking constantly to create a smooth, unified base.
  3. Whisk in the salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Continue whisking and allow the sauce to come to a light boil. This step allows the flavors to fully develop and blend.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for about 3 minutes, or until it begins to thicken slightly. Stir frequently to prevent scorching along the bottom of the pan.
  5. Add in the shredded Parmesan cheese and mix well until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce becomes smooth, creamy, and glossy.

Coat the Wings

  1. Add the freshly baked chicken wings directly into the Alfredo sauce. Gently toss until each wing is well coated in the creamy sauce.
