Ingredients
For the Chicken
- 6–8 chicken thighs (boneless/skinless)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4–5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth (optional for thinner sauce)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp parsley (fresh or dried)
For the Pasta
- 300–350g fettuccine or linguine
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½–¾ cup Parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
