Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Cheesy Smashed Potatoes

Two comfort food classics brought together for a hearty, flavor-packed meal.


🥩 Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) sirloin steak or ribeye, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or 1 tbsp fresh)
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary (or 1 tbsp fresh)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Season Steak: Season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat Oil: Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook Steak Bites: Add steak in a single layer, cooking 2–3 minutes per side until seared and cooked to your liking. Cook in batches to avoid crowding.
  4. Add Garlic & Butter: Lower heat to medium. Push steak to one side, melt butter on the other, then stir in garlic, thyme, and rosemary for 1 minute.
  5. Finish: Toss steak bites in garlic butter. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
