Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Cheesy Smashed Potatoes

🥩 Garlic Butter Steak Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) sirloin steak or ribeye, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme (or 1 tbsp fresh)
- 1 tsp dried rosemary (or 1 tbsp fresh)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions:
- Season Steak: Season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
- Heat Oil: Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook Steak Bites: Add steak in a single layer, cooking 2–3 minutes per side until seared and cooked to your liking. Cook in batches to avoid crowding.
- Add Garlic & Butter: Lower heat to medium. Push steak to one side, melt butter on the other, then stir in garlic, thyme, and rosemary for 1 minute.
- Finish: Toss steak bites in garlic butter. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
