📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cracked wheat (bulgur or cracked wheat)

  • 500g bone-in chicken

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 3 minced garlic cloves

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • Salt to taste

  • 4–5 cups water or chicken broth

  • 2 tbsp butter or ghee

  • Fresh parsley or cilantro (optional, for garnish)
