- Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to preheat while you assemble the bake. A properly preheated oven ensures even cooking and a nicely browned biscuit topping.
- Combine Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, add the shredded rotisserie chicken, cut biscuit pieces, shredded cheese, frozen mixed vegetables (no need to thaw), and cream of chicken soup. Season with Nature’s Seasoning to taste. Stir everything together until thoroughly combined and the biscuit pieces are well-coated in the creamy mixture.
- Transfer to a Baking Dish:
Pour the entire mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish or any large oven-safe casserole dish. Spread it out evenly with a spatula, making sure the biscuits are nestled into the mixture but not fully submerged—this allows them to rise and bake evenly.
