3-Ingredient Cake with Optional Frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry cake mix, pie filling, and eggs. Stir until fully blended—no need for a mixer.
  3. Pour and bake: Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Bake: Bake for about 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Cool: Allow the cake to cool in the pan. Drizzle with caramel if desired, or top with frosting below.

  • 1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz Cool Whip (or any whipped topping)
