👨🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a small loaf pan, pie dish, or 8-inch square pan—or line with parchment paper.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until evenly combined.
- Add wet ingredients: Pour in the milk and olive oil (or melted butter). Stir with a wooden spoon or spatula just until a soft dough forms—avoid overmixing.
- Transfer to pan: Spoon the dough into your prepared baking dish and smooth the top with the back of a spoon.
- Bake: Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
