Warm Baked Apple Fritters – Classic Fall Flavor Without the Frying

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Set to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Combine wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Bring it together: Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Fold in apples: Gently stir in the diced apples until evenly distributed in the batter.
