Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese: Place the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl and let it come to room temperature for easy mixing.
- Beat the cream cheese: Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the cream cheese for about 3 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the seasoning: Add the ranch seasoning mix and continue mixing for another minute until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the vegetables: Using a rubber spatula, gently fold in the diced carrot, red bell pepper, broccoli, and green onions. Mix until all vegetables are evenly distributed throughout the cream cheese.
- Chill: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for several hours (at least 2–3) to allow flavors to meld and for a firmer texture.
Serving Suggestions:
- Spread on toasted bagels or crackers.
- Use as a filling for wraps or sandwiches.
- Serve as a dip with fresh-cut veggies or pita chips.
