2 tablespoons organic black or golden raisins

1 cup (240 ml) water (filtered or boiled and cooled)
🌙 Instructions (Overnight Soak):

Rinse the raisins thoroughly.

In a small bowl or cup, add the raisins and cover with 1 cup of water.

Let them soak overnight (8–12 hours) at room temperature.

In the morning, drink the water on an empty stomach and eat the soaked raisins.
