The magical raisin recipe for glowing and healthy skin

  • 2 tablespoons organic black or golden raisins

  • 1 cup (240 ml) water (filtered or boiled and cooled)

🌙 Instructions (Overnight Soak):

  1. Rinse the raisins thoroughly.

  2. In a small bowl or cup, add the raisins and cover with 1 cup of water.

  3. Let them soak overnight (8–12 hours) at room temperature.

  4. In the morning, drink the water on an empty stomach and eat the soaked raisins.
