Taco Spaghetti

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta:

  1. Boil spaghetti in salted water according to package directions until al dente.
  2. Drain and set aside.

2. Sauté & Brown:

  1. In a large skillet or Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add diced onion and bell pepper, and sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, crumbling with a spoon. Drain any excess grease.

3. Make It Saucy:

  1. Return beef mixture to the pan. Stir in taco seasoning, undrained diced tomatoes with green chilis, beef broth, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
  2. Reduce heat to low and let simmer, stirring occasionally, until cheese is fully melted and sauce is creamy.
