👩🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta:
- Boil spaghetti in salted water according to package directions until al dente.
- Drain and set aside.
2. Sauté & Brown:
- In a large skillet or Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add diced onion and bell pepper, and sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, crumbling with a spoon. Drain any excess grease.
3. Make It Saucy:
- Return beef mixture to the pan. Stir in taco seasoning, undrained diced tomatoes with green chilis, beef broth, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
- Reduce heat to low and let simmer, stirring occasionally, until cheese is fully melted and sauce is creamy.
4. Combine:
