Summer Cookie Dough Brownie Cake

2. Prepare the Edible Cookie Dough:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Mix in the milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add the heat-treated flour and salt, and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes for easier spreading.

3. Assemble the Cake:

  1. Place one cooled brownie layer on a serving plate or cake stand. Spread half of the cookie dough evenly over the top.
  2. Place the second brownie layer on top, then spread the remaining cookie dough on top of the second layer. Smooth the top with an offset spatula.
