4. Bake
- Brush the tops with melted butter for a richer color and lightly crisp finish. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon if you prefer a warm spice note.
- Bake for 14–16 minutes at 350°F until lightly golden. The bottoms should appear set and the tops just beginning to brown, indicating they are cooked through without drying out.
- Dust with powdered monk fruit sweetener while warm or after cooling. The sweetness adds a classic pie-like touch without adding sugar.
