- In a large bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jell-O mix in the hot water, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Add the cold water and place the bowl in the refrigerator to chill for 15–20 minutes. It should be cool and slightly thickened but not set.
- Whisk in the vanilla pudding mix until smooth. Return the bowl to the refrigerator for another 15–20 minutes to thicken slightly.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.
- Add the sliced strawberries, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows. Fold gently until everything is evenly incorporated.
- Cover and refrigerate the salad for at least 2 hours to allow it to set and the flavors to blend.
- Before serving, give the salad a gentle stir. Garnish with additional strawberries or marshmallows if desired.
