👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jell-O mix in the hot water, stirring until completely dissolved.
  2. Add the cold water and place the bowl in the refrigerator to chill for 15–20 minutes. It should be cool and slightly thickened but not set.
  3. Whisk in the vanilla pudding mix until smooth. Return the bowl to the refrigerator for another 15–20 minutes to thicken slightly.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.
  5. Add the sliced strawberries, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows. Fold gently until everything is evenly incorporated.
  6. Cover and refrigerate the salad for at least 2 hours to allow it to set and the flavors to blend.
  7. Before serving, give the salad a gentle stir. Garnish with additional strawberries or marshmallows if desired.
