- 10 Golden Oreos, crushed
- 10 freeze-dried strawberries, crushed (or ½ cup strawberry Jell-O powder)
- 3 tbsp melted butter
Optional Toppings:
- Whipped cream
- Extra strawberry crunch
- Fresh strawberry slices
👩🍳 Directions
1️⃣ Prep the Pan:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Line a mini muffin tin or regular muffin tin with paper liners.
2️⃣ Make the Crust:
- In a bowl, combine the crushed Golden Oreos and melted butter.
- Press about 1 tsp into each mini liner (or 1 tbsp for regular size).
- Bake for 5–6 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
3️⃣ Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and mix until fully combined.
- Beat in sour cream, vanilla, and salt.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently until just blended.
4️⃣ Fill & Bake:
- Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crusts, filling nearly to the top.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes (mini) or 22–25 minutes (regular), until centers are just set.
- Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate at least 2 hours.
