Strawberry Cheesecake Banana Pudding

  1. Spread half of the cheesecake layer over the bananas, smoothing it evenly to cover the entire layer. The thick, rich cheesecake filling will provide a decadent base for the pudding.
  2. Now, pour half of the prepared vanilla pudding over the cheesecake layer. Spread it evenly with a spatula to ensure it covers the cheesecake layer completely. The combination of the cheesecake and pudding layers creates a delightful contrast in texture.
  3. Repeat the layering process, starting with another layer of vanilla wafers, followed by sliced bananas, the remaining cheesecake mixture, and the remaining vanilla pudding. Each layer should be evenly spread to create a uniform dessert.
  4. Once all the layers are assembled, top the dessert with the chopped fresh strawberries. You can arrange them decoratively or just sprinkle them evenly over the top for a pop of color and fresh flavor. If you have extra strawberries, feel free to add more as a garnish.
  5. If you like, you can also garnish with crushed strawberry wafers for an extra touch of flavor and texture. This step is optional, but it adds a nice finishing touch to the dessert.
  6. Cover the assembled dessert with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for at least 2 hours, or until it’s fully chilled. This will allow the flavors to meld together and the layers to set, making the dessert easier to serve.
  7. Once ready to serve, scoop out portions of this creamy, layered dessert and enjoy the sweet combination of cheesecake, vanilla pudding, and fresh fruit!
