Soft Creamy Cupcakes with Chocolate Heart Topping Recipe

Ingredients

For the Cupcake Base:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • (Optional) 2 tbsp cocoa powder

For the Soft Cream Topping:

  • 200 ml heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • (Optional) 100 g mascarpone or cream cheese for extra richness

For the Chocolate Hearts:

  • 100 g melted dark or milk chocolate
  • Heart-shaped silicone mold (or make hearts freehand on parchment paper)
