Ingredients
For the Cupcake Base:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- (Optional) 2 tbsp cocoa powder
For the Soft Cream Topping:
- 200 ml heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- (Optional) 100 g mascarpone or cream cheese for extra richness
For the Chocolate Hearts:
- 100 g melted dark or milk chocolate
- Heart-shaped silicone mold (or make hearts freehand on parchment paper)
