Soft, Chewy, and Fun to Make!

This Jelly Nougat Candy is a colorful, chewy, no-bake treat that’s easy to make and perfect for holidays, gift tins, or anytime sweet cravings hit. With a smooth white chocolate and marshmallow base packed with chewy bits of gummy candy, each bite is a nostalgic blend of soft nougat and playful fruity flavor!

🧾 Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
  • 1½ cups gummy candies (such as gumdrops or jelly beans), chopped

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Pan

  • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal. Lightly grease if desired.

2️⃣ Melt the Base

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the white chocolate chips and butter together, stirring constantly until smooth and creamy.

3️⃣ Add Marshmallows

  1. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted and well incorporated into the chocolate mixture.

4️⃣ Incorporate Gummies

  1. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
  2. Quickly fold in the chopped gummy candies. Stir until evenly distributed. The heat may slightly soften the gummies, which helps them bind to the nougat.

5️⃣ Transfer & Set

  1. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press it down evenly using a spatula or greased hands.
  2. Let cool at room temperature for 2–3 hours, or refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.

6️⃣ Cut & Serve

  1. Lift the nougat from the pan using the parchment overhang.
  2. Slice into bite-sized squares and enjoy!
