S’mores Brownie Recipe

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Brownie Base

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions (or your homemade recipe).
  3. Pour the batter into a greased or parchment-lined baking pan—an 8×8 or 9×9 inch pan works well.
  4. Bake the brownies for 20–25 minutes, or until the center is just set but still soft.

2️⃣ Add the S’mores Layers

  1. Immediately after removing the brownies from the oven, sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the top.
  2. Add the graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chips evenly across the marshmallows.

3️⃣ Quick Bake to Toast

  1. Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the marshmallows are puffed and lightly golden.
  2. If desired, add a few more marshmallows or chocolate chips and bake for another 1–2 minutes for extra gooeyness.

4️⃣ Cool and Serve
