Directions

  1. Preheat the oven: Set the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Mix the filling: In a large bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, lump crab meat, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to keep the seafood intact while ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  4. Combine with pasta: Add the cooked fettuccine to the bowl and fold everything together until the pasta is fully coated in the creamy sauce and the ingredients are well distributed.
  5. Assemble the bake: Transfer the pasta mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top to create a rich, cheesy crust.
  6. Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
  7. Garnish and serve: Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving. Serve warm for the best texture and flavor.
