- Heat Olive Oil:
Heat the olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- Sauté Garlic:
Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1–2 minutes, or until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Cook Shrimp:
Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for 3–4 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque. Stir occasionally to cook evenly.
- Add Broccoli:
Add the broccoli florets to the pan and stir-fry for another 3–4 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender-crisp and bright green.
- Make the Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water. Pour the sauce mixture over the shrimp and broccoli in the pan.
- Stir and Thicken:
Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and coated the shrimp and broccoli evenly.
- Serve:
Remove from heat and serve immediately with steamed rice or noodles, if desired. Enjoy your quick and delicious stir fry!
