Shepherd’s Pie

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and boiled
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 🔥 Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. 🥩 Cook ground meat and onion until browned. Add tomato paste, spices, and vegetables. Simmer for 5–10 minutes.
  3. 🥔 Mash boiled potatoes with milk, butter, and salt until smooth.
  4. 📦 Spread meat mixture in a baking dish. Top with mashed potatoes and sprinkle cheese.
  5. 🔥 Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
  6. ❄️ Let cool slightly before serving.
