👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Base Mixture
- In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Add peanut butter and beat again until creamy and well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk for about 2 minutes until it thickens.
- Add the pudding mixture to the peanut butter–cream cheese base and beat until fully incorporated.
2️⃣ Fold in Whipped Topping
- Gently fold in thawed Cool Whip until the mixture is light, fluffy, and smooth.
- Be careful not to overmix — this keeps the texture airy and soft.
3️⃣ Add the Candy & Crunch
- Stir in most of the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, reserving a handful for garnish.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips or crushed cookies if desired for added texture and crunch.
4️⃣ Chill
- Spoon the mixture into a large serving bowl, trifle dish, or portion into individual dessert cups.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to allow it to set and develop flavor.
🎉 To Serve
- Before serving, garnish with remaining chopped Reese’s, extra whipped topping, and a drizzle of chocolate or peanut butter syrup if desired.
Optional: Layered Trifle Version
