Reese’s Peanut Butter Cheese Ball

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Make the Base:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract using a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in Add-ins:
Gently fold in the mini Reese’s Pieces, chocolate chips, and crushed peanut butter cups. Mix until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  3. Form the Cheese Ball:
Use plastic wrap to help shape the mixture into a round ball. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm enough to coat.
  4. Prepare the Coating:
In a shallow dish, mix together the remaining mini Reese’s Pieces, chocolate chips, and crushed peanut butter cups.
  5. Coat the Cheese Ball:
Unwrap the chilled cheese ball and roll it in the coating mixture, pressing gently to adhere the candies to the surface.
  6. Chill Again (Optional):
Wrap the coated ball again and chill until ready to serve. This allows it to firm up for cleaner slicing or spreading.
  7. Serve:
Serve chilled with pretzels, graham crackers, apple slices, or cookies. Perfect for dipping, scooping, or spreading!
