Reese’s Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Instructions

1️⃣ Prep

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

2️⃣ Dry Ingredients

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

3️⃣ Wet Ingredients

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  2. Add peanut butter, melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. Whisk until the mixture is fully combined and creamy.

4️⃣ Combine & Fold

  1. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk. Mix gently until just combined—do not overmix.
  2. Fold in chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and optional Reese’s Pieces.

5️⃣ Bake

  1. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  2. Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
  3. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
