Instructions
1️⃣ Prep
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
2️⃣ Dry Ingredients
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
3️⃣ Wet Ingredients
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add peanut butter, melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Whisk until the mixture is fully combined and creamy.
4️⃣ Combine & Fold
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk. Mix gently until just combined—do not overmix.
- Fold in chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and optional Reese’s Pieces.
5️⃣ Bake
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
