RASPBERRY CHOCOLATE GANACHE CAKE


1. Carefully slice the cake layers (you can make two cakes into 4 layers if you wish).
2. Spread a thin layer of ganache on the first layer, followed by raspberry sauce and whipped cream.
3. Place the other layers in the same way.
4. Cover the outside of the cake with ganache.
5. Thin the remaining ganache slightly and drizzle it over the top.
6. Arrange fresh raspberries on top.
