Pineapple Coconut Cake

3. Finish and Serve:

  1. Once the cake comes out of the oven, immediately pour the warm icing evenly over the hot cake.
  2. Allow the cake to cool completely so the icing sets and absorbs into the cake.
  3. Serve at room temperature or chilled. Optional: top with extra coconut or pecans for presentation.

Storage:

  • Store covered at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
