Pecan Pie Bread Pudding

  1. Bake:
    Bake in the preheated oven for 45–55 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set but still slightly wiggly. It will continue to firm up as it cools.
  2. Cool and Serve:
    Let the bread pudding cool completely in the pan to allow the flavors to develop and the texture to set. Slice and serve warm, at room temperature, or chilled.

Notes

  • This recipe can easily be doubled and baked in a 9×13-inch pan. Add about 5–10 extra minutes to the bake time if doubling.
  • For an extra indulgent finish, drizzle with warm caramel sauce or serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  • Make-ahead friendly! Prepare it up to one day in advance, refrigerate, and reheat before serving.
