Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Chicken
- Pound chicken breasts to even thickness (about ½–¾ inch).
- Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
2️⃣ Coat the Chicken
- In one bowl, beat the eggs. In another, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Dip each chicken breast in the eggs, then press into the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture to coat completely.
3️⃣ Cook the Chicken
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Transfer to a plate and tent with foil to keep warm.
4️⃣ Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Whisk in the flour and cook for 1–2 minutes to eliminate the raw taste.
- Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3–5 minutes until thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to taste. Let melt fully and stir until creamy.
