Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the Chicken

  1. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness (about ½–¾ inch).
  2. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

2️⃣ Coat the Chicken

  1. In one bowl, beat the eggs. In another, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Dip each chicken breast in the eggs, then press into the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture to coat completely.

3️⃣ Cook the Chicken

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  3. Transfer to a plate and tent with foil to keep warm.

4️⃣ Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce

  1. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1–2 minutes to eliminate the raw taste.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3–5 minutes until thickened.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to taste. Let melt fully and stir until creamy.
