Oreo-Stuffed Cinnamon Rolls

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Dough 🍞

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add warm milk, egg, and melted butter. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

2️⃣ Prepare the Filling 🧈🍪

  1. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, blend cream cheese with half of the crushed Oreos until creamy and combined.

3️⃣ Assemble the Rolls 🍪🍩

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll the dough into a 12×16-inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Spread the cinnamon-sugar butter evenly over the dough, then dollop the cream cheese-Oreo mixture over it.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreos on top of the mixture.
  5. Carefully roll the dough into a log and slice into 12 rolls.
  6. Place the rolls in a greased 9×13-inch pan, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes until puffy.

4️⃣ Bake 🍩

  1. Bake the rolls for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

5️⃣ Glaze & Serve 🍬

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls and sprinkle with extra Oreo crumbs for a finishing touch.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy the gooey, decadent sweetness!
