👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Dough 🍞
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Add warm milk, egg, and melted butter. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
2️⃣ Prepare the Filling 🧈🍪
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
- In another bowl, blend cream cheese with half of the crushed Oreos until creamy and combined.
3️⃣ Assemble the Rolls 🍪🍩
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll the dough into a 12×16-inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread the cinnamon-sugar butter evenly over the dough, then dollop the cream cheese-Oreo mixture over it.
- Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreos on top of the mixture.
- Carefully roll the dough into a log and slice into 12 rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased 9×13-inch pan, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes until puffy.
4️⃣ Bake 🍩
- Bake the rolls for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
5️⃣ Glaze & Serve 🍬
- In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls and sprinkle with extra Oreo crumbs for a finishing touch.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the gooey, decadent sweetness!
