Gently mix in the crushed Oreos. Chill the filling for 10–15 minutes to firm up slightly.
4️⃣ Assemble the Roll
Unroll the cooled chocolate cake carefully. Spread the Oreo cream filling evenly over the surface, leaving a small border at the edges to prevent overflow.
Re-roll the cake gently but tightly without the towel, using the parchment paper to assist.
Wrap the filled roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up before decorating.
5️⃣ Decorate & Serve
Remove the chilled cake from the refrigerator and place on a serving platter.
Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the top in a zigzag pattern and sprinkle with extra crushed Oreos.
Chill for another 15 minutes to set the topping before slicing.
