Instructions:
- Prepare the Oreo Base: Start by grinding the 2 packages of Oreo cookies in a food processor until they become a fine, flour-like consistency. Add 2–3 tablespoons of milk to the ground cookies and knead until you form a soft dough that doesn’t stick to your hands. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and roll it out into a thin rectangle.
- Prepare the Cheesecake Cream: In a mixing bowl, beat together 200g of cream cheese, 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Add 4 tablespoons of cream or milk to thin the mixture slightly, creating a spreadable consistency (not runny). Set aside.
- Add the Filling: Choose your favorite fruit—banana, strawberry, or another fruit—and cut it into long strips. Place the fruit lengthwise at one end of the rolled-out Oreo dough.
- Roll Like Sushi: Using the plastic wrap, gently roll the Oreo base towards the fruit section, like rolling sushi. Roll tightly to ensure the fruit is wrapped well. Once rolled, let the sushi roll rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up and set.
- Slice the Roll: After the roll has chilled, carefully cut it into sushi-style slices using a sharp knife. You should have perfectly round, bite-sized pieces with the fruit neatly tucked inside.
- Garnish: For added flair, drizzle melted chocolate over the top of the rolls, or sprinkle with mini Oreo crumbs and powdered sugar. These garnishes will add an extra layer of sweetness and texture to the dessert.
