- Knead the Dough: Microwave the mixture again for 40 seconds. Then, knead the dough with your hands until it forms a smooth, pliable dough.
- Roll Out the Dough: Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to your desired thickness. This will form the base for your pizza. Be gentle to prevent any cracks.
- Bake the Crust: Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Flip the crust and bake for an additional 3–4 minutes for a crisp finish.
- Assemble the Pizza: Spread a thin layer of Rao’s marinara sauce (or sauce of your choice) over the baked crust. Sprinkle with more shredded mozzarella cheese and top with pepperoni and spinach, or any other toppings you love.
- Bake Again: Return the pizza to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly — about 5–7 minutes. You can also broil it for a couple of minutes for an extra crispy, golden top.
- Serve: Slice and enjoy the crispy, cheesy, garlicky goodness. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture!
