No-Bake White Chocolate Cranberry Oat Clusters

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and to make it easy to remove the clusters once they have set.
  2. Using a tablespoon, scoop out portions of the mixture and drop them onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small clusters. Shape them lightly with the spoon if needed, and leave some space between each cluster so they do not touch as they chill.
  3. Once all the mixture has been formed into clusters, place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. During this time, the white chocolate and almond butter will firm up, allowing the clusters to hold their shape.
  4. After the clusters have fully set, remove the baking sheet from the refrigerator. The clusters should feel firm to the touch but still slightly chewy in the center.
