👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Crust
- In a bowl, mix the finely crushed Oreos with the melted butter until the crumbs are evenly moistened.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create a compact crust layer.
- Place in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the filling.
2️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Filling
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy (no lumps).
- In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form (this may take 3–5 minutes).
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
3️⃣ Add the Oreo Chunks
- Fold in the coarsely chopped Oreo cookies evenly throughout the cheesecake filling.
🎂 Assemble & Chill
4️⃣ Assemble the Cheesecake
- Spread the Oreo cheesecake filling evenly over the chilled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Cover the pan tightly with plastic wrap or foil.
- Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours, or overnight for best texture and clean slices.
5️⃣ Garnish & Serve
