No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake

  • Whipped cream
  • Extra Oreo pieces or crumbs

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Crust

  1. In a bowl, mix the finely crushed Oreos with the melted butter until the crumbs are evenly moistened.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create a compact crust layer.
  3. Place in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the filling.

2️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Filling

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy (no lumps).
  2. In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form (this may take 3–5 minutes).
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.

3️⃣ Add the Oreo Chunks

  1. Fold in the coarsely chopped Oreo cookies evenly throughout the cheesecake filling.

🎂 Assemble & Chill

4️⃣ Assemble the Cheesecake

  1. Spread the Oreo cheesecake filling evenly over the chilled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  2. Cover the pan tightly with plastic wrap or foil.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours, or overnight for best texture and clean slices.
