Ingredients
For the base:
- 300 g petibör biscuits
- 100 g melted butter
- 1 tablespoon cocoa (optional)
For the coffee cream:
- 500 ml milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee (dissolved in 2 tablespoons hot water)
- 1 packet vanilla extract
For the filling:
- 1 cup walnuts or hazelnuts (coarsely chopped) – optional
For the topping:
- 100 ml cream
- 120 g dark chocolate
- 1 teaspoon butter
