No-Bake Coffee Butter Cake Recipe

Ingredients

For the base:

  • 300 g petibör biscuits
  • 100 g melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa (optional)

For the coffee cream:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee (dissolved in 2 tablespoons hot water)
  • 1 packet vanilla extract

For the filling:

  • 1 cup walnuts or hazelnuts (coarsely chopped) – optional

For the topping:

  • 100 ml cream
  • 120 g dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon butter
