Instructions
Make the Cake:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan generously.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix and instant pudding mix.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla, oil, sour cream (or buttermilk), and brewed coffee until smooth and well blended.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined and smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently using a spatula or wooden spoon.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or with only a few moist crumbs.
- Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes, then carefully invert it onto a serving platter or cake plate. Let cool slightly before adding ganache.
