1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a mini muffin tin or silicone mold.

  3. Spread a thin layer of the cooled strawberry mixture over the frozen cheesecake filling.

4. Make the Crunch Topping:

  1. Mix crushed golden Oreos, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and melted butter in a small bowl until evenly combined.
  2. Sprinkle generously over the strawberry layer, pressing gently to adhere.
