👨‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Topping

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, seasoning salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until fully combined.

2️⃣ Assemble the Dish

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place chicken breast halves in a baking dish in a single layer.
  • Evenly spread the mayo-cheese mixture over the top of each chicken breast, coating fully.

3️⃣ Bake

  • Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C) and the topping is golden and bubbly.
