🧾 Ingredients
For the Salad:
- 2 cups cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Kalamata olives
- ¼ cup green olives
- 1 cup grilled chicken breast, chopped
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- Prep the Ingredients: Slice the cucumbers, halve the cherry tomatoes, thinly slice the red onion, and chop the grilled chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Assemble the Salad: In a large mixing bowl, toss together the sliced cucumbers, halved tomatoes, sliced onions, Kalamata and green olives, and the grilled chicken. This forms the fresh base of the salad.
- Add the Flavor: Sprinkle the salad with dried oregano, fresh basil, salt, and pepper. The oregano and basil give the salad an authentic Mediterranean flavor.
