For the Chicken:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt + pepper to taste
For the Toppings:
- 1 avocado, sliced
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup diced cucumber
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Optional: Drizzle of tzatziki or plain Greek yogurt
