Lemon Cream Cheese Dump Cake

✅ Directions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Layer the lemon: Spread the lemon pie filling evenly over the bottom of the prepared dish.
  3. Prepare cream cheese: In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Stir in lemon zest if using.
  4. Add cream cheese: Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the lemon filling. It doesn’t have to be perfect—swirls are welcome!
  5. Add dry cake mix: Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly across the top. Do not stir.
  6. Add butter: Pour the melted butter evenly over the cake mix to help it bake up golden and crisp.
  7. Bake: Bake for 35–45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is bubbly and set.
  8. Cool & serve: Let the cake cool for 10–15 minutes before serving. Delicious warm, room temperature, or chilled!
