Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Season & Sauté the Shrimp:
In a bowl, toss the peeled and deveined shrimp with the jerk seasoning until evenly coated.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3️⃣ Cook the Vegetables:
In the same skillet, add the sliced red and green bell peppers, red onion, and minced garlic. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened and fragrant, scraping up any bits from the bottom of the pan for extra flavor.
4️⃣ Make the Creamy Jerk Sauce:
Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer for 3–5 minutes to allow the sauce to reduce slightly.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and lime juice. Mix well until the sauce is smooth and lightly thickened. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
