👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter
- Melt butter in the microwave. Stir in minced garlic, chopped parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Dough
- Preheat oven to the temperature listed on the back of the pizza dough tube (typically 400°F / 200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll and stretch the pizza crust to nearly the size of your baking sheet.
3️⃣ Layer the Fillings
- Start by layering the deli ham evenly over the dough.
- Next, layer the salami slices, followed by the pepperoni.
- Add provolone cheese last (or mozzarella), spreading it evenly over the meat.
4️⃣ Roll & Seal
- Starting from the long side, carefully roll the Stromboli into a log, like a jelly roll.
- Seal the seam by pinching gently and fold under the ends to seal.
- Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
5️⃣ Score and Butter
- Use a serrated knife to make 3–4 shallow slits across the top to allow steam to escape.
- Brush the entire Stromboli with the garlic-Parmesan butter mixture.
6️⃣ Bake
- Bake according to the instructions on the pizza dough tube (usually 15–20 minutes) until the crust is golden brown and cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing for best results.
7️⃣ Serve
