Italian Stromboli

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter

  • Melt butter in the microwave. Stir in minced garlic, chopped parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.

2️⃣ Prepare the Dough

  • Preheat oven to the temperature listed on the back of the pizza dough tube (typically 400°F / 200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Unroll and stretch the pizza crust to nearly the size of your baking sheet.

3️⃣ Layer the Fillings

  1. Start by layering the deli ham evenly over the dough.
  2. Next, layer the salami slices, followed by the pepperoni.
  3. Add provolone cheese last (or mozzarella), spreading it evenly over the meat.

4️⃣ Roll & Seal

  • Starting from the long side, carefully roll the Stromboli into a log, like a jelly roll.
  • Seal the seam by pinching gently and fold under the ends to seal.
  • Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

5️⃣ Score and Butter

  • Use a serrated knife to make 3–4 shallow slits across the top to allow steam to escape.
  • Brush the entire Stromboli with the garlic-Parmesan butter mixture.

6️⃣ Bake

  • Bake according to the instructions on the pizza dough tube (usually 15–20 minutes) until the crust is golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing for best results.

7️⃣ Serve
