1️⃣ Make the Batter
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, milk, water, and vanilla extract until smooth.

- Use a slotted spoon to transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.

- While still warm, dust generously with powdered sugar.
