- Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie plate with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cook the beef mixture: In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion for about 10 minutes, or until the beef is browned and the onions are softened. Drain any excess fat.
- Season the meat: Stir in the seasoned salt, garlic powder, and a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Spread the seasoned meat mixture evenly in the prepared pie plate.
- Add the cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the meat mixture.
- Make the batter: In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, Bisquick mix, and eggs until mostly smooth, breaking up as many lumps as possible.
- Assemble and bake: Pour the Bisquick mixture evenly over the meat and cheese. Bake for 25 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean and the top is golden.
