- Prep Your Ingredients:
Peel the carrots and cut them into smaller chunks for easier blending. Peel the oranges and remove any visible seeds to avoid bitterness. Peel the ginger and slice it into thin pieces to ensure it blends well. - Blend It All Together:
Add the chopped carrots, orange segments, ginger slices, and 2 cups of water into a high-speed blender. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and fully combined. This should take about 1–2 minutes depending on your blender’s strength. - Strain (Optional):
For a smoother juice, pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve, cheesecloth, or nut milk bag into a bowl or pitcher. Use a spoon to press down and extract as much liquid as possible. - Serve and Enjoy:
Pour the strained juice into glasses and serve immediately. You can also chill it in the refrigerator for a refreshing cold drink. Enjoy your natural immune-boosting beverage!
