1️⃣ Cook the Chicken
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 6–8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
2️⃣ Make the Honey-Garlic Sauce
- Lower the heat slightly and add soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, rice vinegar (or lemon juice), and water to the pan.
- Stir and simmer for 8–10 minutes until the sauce reduces and becomes sticky, coating the chicken nicely.
- Sprinkle with black sesame seeds if desired.
3️⃣ Prepare the Butter Noodles
- While the chicken simmers, toss warm cooked noodles with butter, salt, pepper, and optional Parmesan.
- Top with sliced green onions for extra flavor and color.
4️⃣ Cook the Carrots
- Steam or boil carrot slices for 4–5 minutes until just tender.
- Season with salt and pepper. Add a tiny drizzle of butter for richness, if desired.
