Homemade Milky Way Bars Treat

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Baking Pan

  • Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

2️⃣ Melt the Chocolate

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine milk chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  2. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until fully melted and smooth.

3️⃣ Prepare the Peanut Butter and Caramel Filling

  1. In another bowl, mix together peanut butter, caramel sauce, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and well combined.

4️⃣ Combine with Graham Cracker Crumbs

  1. Stir the graham cracker crumbs into the peanut butter and caramel mixture until fully incorporated.

5️⃣ Layer the Chocolate and Filling

  1. Pour half of the melted chocolate mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly over the bottom.
  2. Spread the peanut butter and caramel mixture over the chocolate layer, smoothing it out evenly.
  3. Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread it evenly.

6️⃣ Refrigerate & Set

  • Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  • Once set, lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
