👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Baking Pan
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
2️⃣ Melt the Chocolate
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine milk chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until fully melted and smooth.
3️⃣ Prepare the Peanut Butter and Caramel Filling
- In another bowl, mix together peanut butter, caramel sauce, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and well combined.
4️⃣ Combine with Graham Cracker Crumbs
- Stir the graham cracker crumbs into the peanut butter and caramel mixture until fully incorporated.
5️⃣ Layer the Chocolate and Filling
- Pour half of the melted chocolate mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly over the bottom.
- Spread the peanut butter and caramel mixture over the chocolate layer, smoothing it out evenly.
- Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread it evenly.
6️⃣ Refrigerate & Set
- Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Once set, lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
