👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat and Prepare:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour two standard loaf pans or line with parchment paper for easy removal.
2️⃣ Make the Batter:
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy — about 3–4 minutes using a hand mixer or stand mixer.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition to ensure a smooth and creamy texture.
- Mix in the vanilla extract and ½ cup caramel sauce until fully incorporated.
3️⃣ Combine Dry and Wet Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk. Begin and end with the dry ingredients, mixing just until combined after each addition. Do not overmix.
